Today I woke up late about 9 o’clock.So we went downstairs and made some pancake breakfast.At 11 o’clock Grace was come over and we made some puppy chow.It’s taste very good!At lunch time we had a pizza.When we finished our lunch,we weunt out side and played basketball for a while.The basketball made me warm so I don’t need a warm jacket today.Then I went shopping with my host mom at Shopko.When we came back to our house,we were watch a movie “Hook”.But I’m very tried so I took a nap for a while.Now my flu not getting better and I’m getting allergy.So my body is going to be worse now!

I think you have a jet-lag still. T.George has the same problem even we don’t have any pet at our hotel.
Also the air dry from the heater in the room make our nose and mouth feel weird. We’re looking at the air air humidifier. We might buy one for our apartment.
Maybe you can try buy it too. It’s around 20$
