ลูกไม่ชอบเขียน ลายมือลูกไม่สวย! การแก้ปัญหาโดยการให้นักเรียนฝึกเขียนซ้ำๆ นอกจากจะไม่ช่วยให้นักเรียนเขียนได้ดีขึ้นแล้วอาจจะทำให้เด็กไม่ชอบเขียนอีกด้วย จริงๆแล้วต้นเหตุของปัญหาอาจมาจากกล้ามเนื้อที่ไม่แข็งแรง หรือความสัมพันธ์ของตาและมือไม่สอดคล้องกัน ดังนั้นลองกิจกรรมสนุกๆอย่าง ปั้นดินน้ำมัน, ร้อยลูกปัด หรือต่อบล็อคไม้(ช่วยพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ของตาและมือ), วาดรูปตามขั้นตอน (ใช้เส้นที่โค้งหยักเหมือนตัวหนังสือ), เกมลากเขาวงกต สามารถช่วยได้ค่ะ เวลาเขียน ต้องแน่ใจว่าจับดินสอถูกต้อง เมื่อจับดินสอถูกวิธี เด็กจะไม่ต้องใช้แรงบังคับมากในการเขียนและช่วยลดอาการเมื่อยล้าได้คะ วิธีการจับดินสอที่ถูกต้อง จะใช้เพียง 3 นิ้วเท่านั้น ใช้นิ้วชี้กับนิ้วโป้งจับด้านข้างของดินสอ ทั้งสองนิ้วไม่ชนกัน มีช่องเว้นว่างไว้ ส่วนนิ้วกลางรองใต้ดินสอ นิ้วนางและนิ้วก้อยหุบเข้ากำมือไว้ ไม่เอาออกมาช่วยจับนะคะ ปลายดินสอต้องเอียงไปทางด้านหลัง ไม่ตั้งขึ้นหรือเอนมาข้างหน้าค่ะ ทดสอบวาดวงกลมดู จะเห็นว่านักเรียนจะขยับแต่ข้อมือ ไม่ต้องขยับแขนค่ะ นั่นทำให้ในระยะยาวนักเรียนจะใช้แรงน้อยลงมากค่ะ กระดาษหรือสมุดจะต้องเอียงระนาบไปกับแขนของนักเรียน ในท่านี้นักเรียนจะเขียนสบายขึ้นค่ะ การจับดินสอนี้แก้ได้เฉพาะในเด็กเล็กระดับอนุบาลเท่านั้น ถ้าขึ้นระดับประถมแล้วจะแก้ยากมากและโอกาสประสบผลสำเร็จน้อยมากค่ะ ในโรงเรียนคุณครูอาจจะมีเด็กหลายคนในห้อง ทำให้ไม่สามารถคอยดูให้นักเรียนจับได้ถูกต้องตลอดเวลา เพราะฉะนั้นเวลานักเรียนทำการบ้านที่บ้าน ผู้ปกครองต้องคอยดูให้จับดินสอให้ถูกต้อง ช่วงแรกอาจจะจับลำบากหน่อย เพราะหากเคยชินกับการจับแบบผิดวิธีแล้ว นิ้ว 3 นิ้วนี้จะมีแรงไม่พอค่ะ แต่พอจับแบบนี้ไปเรื่อยๆ นิ้วทั้งสามจะแข็งแรงขึ้นในที่สุด และนักเรียนจะเขียนได้มากขึ้น นานขึ้น คุ้มกับการฝึกแน่นอนค่ะ
